Welcome to NzGrocerySaverLite (“the App”), owned and operated by [LCH Team] (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NzGrocerySaverLite mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

NzGrocerySaverLite helps users in New Zealand compare grocery prices across supported supermarkets. Features include:

All trademarks, logos, and content remain our exclusive property.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all prices, product availability, or store locations are up-to-date or error-free.

Use at your own risk—we are not liable for discrepancies or reliance on App data.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

Use the App lawfully
Avoid exploiting or disrupting the service
Not use bots or automated tools

We reserve the right to suspend access at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
